Re-knowing the territory. a way of approaching from the making, from the attempt to elaborate a tool. questioning ourselves around this process, the ways in which we eat and what we eat.
EAT THE WALLS is a ccberlin cultural project that brings to the table current positions on environment, politics, history and other related issues through "taste" and knowledge. we invite artisans, artists, musicians, designers, activists and thinkers to share their experiences and work through the lens of the territory and the politics involved in it.
in this first meeting in the baix empordà, we will investigate with two artisans: one local and one german, about our tools when eating and our relationship with food through the carving of a spoon.
